So it's just over a week after Duke won the National Championship and I'm still enjoying the moment.  I'm not going to be that guy that just moves on to next season worrying about who stays and who leaves Duke and how will next seasons team be.  I have learned over the years of following Duke Basketball that winning a National Championship is a tough..very tough thing for any team to do!   I thought the 1999 team was unbeatable.   I thought the 2002 team with Jason Williams would repeat.  I thought Redick would get a championship with the 2004 Final Four team with the help of Deng and again with the 2006 team as he and the LandLord (Sheldon Williams) were seniors.  The 2013 team was getting close till the Louisville comeback in the Elite 8.  Duke has had some early losses in the NCAA Tourney as well.

As you can see, winning a National Championship is not an easy thing to do and is not a guarantee.. look at the hype Kentucky got this season..

With all that said, I will enjoy banner #5 for a long time.  I will be excited for next season, but I want to live in the moment for a while.  And I think Duke fans should too.

Championship #5 was special as Coach K was able to win it with 3 freshman who saw a lot of starter minutes, a senior in Quinn Cook who had yet been on a team that put up a banner in Cameron, and future breakout players for Duke in Grayson Allen who helped Duke make a comeback in the Championship game.

I was able to attend the Final Four and it was the experience of a lifetime.  In the near future, I am going to do an article on my experience.  Until then, check out some of the videos below I shot at the Final Four.
One of my best videos.  I captured the player's facial expressions during One Shining Moment.

A cool moment for me was when K was leaving the media room on a golf cart.. I give him the thumbs up on winning #5 and he gives me the head nod.
